Coordinator / Mixologist, Owner & Operator | Co-Founder of Flight Luxe
My foundation began in coffee, where I spent six years owning and operating Sheebee—a café and mobile coffee concept built on craft, service, and atmosphere. That early work shaped how I view hospitality: precision matters, flow is intentional, and the guest experience is just as important as what’s being served.
My career naturally evolved into bartending and mixology, where I developed a deep respect for flavor architecture, balance, infusions, and advanced preparation techniques. To refine my approach, I trained internationally at leading bartending programs in Portugal and London, earning my European Bartender Certification and expanding my understanding of global drinking culture.
Today, I draw inspiration from travel, design, and shared experiences, translating those influences into thoughtfully curated cocktail programs. Each menu is built to reflect the setting, the audience, and the moment—ensuring that every event feels cohesive, elevated, and intentional.
At Flight Luxe, I oversee creative direction, cocktail development, and operational coordination—bridging vision with execution. I work closely with our bartenders, chefs, and event teams to ensure seamless service, refined presentation, and an experience that feels effortless to the guest.

My culinary foundation is built on bold flavor, cultural respect, and experience-driven dining. I approach food as a living expression of place, people, and moment—where technique, balance, and intention matter as much as creativity.
My cooking is deeply influenced by Thai and Mexican cuisines, paired with a West Coast sensibility that emphasizes freshness, seasonality, and clean execution. I focus on thoughtfully layering flavor—acid, heat, texture, and depth—while keeping each dish grounded and approachable.
I am the owner and operator of Sauce Belly, an award-winning concept recognized in 2025 with Best Food Truck, Best Lunch, and Best Tacos. Building Sauce Belly from the ground up sharpened my ability to execute at a high level in fast-paced environments while maintaining consistency, quality, and soul in every plate.
At Flight Luxe, I serve as Head Chef, curating menus that are intentional, fluid, and responsive to each event. Every dish is designed to complement the bar program, reflect the setting, and elevate the overall guest experience—moving seamlessly through service with confidence and restraint.
Alongside an exceptional team of chefs, bartenders, and hospitality professionals, my focus remains on precision, collaboration, and continued growth—building a culinary identity defined not by trends, but by execution, respect for craft, and results earned one plate at a time.

My culinary and cocktail journey began at eighteen, when I trained as a craft bartender at The Fifth, a small but demanding cocktail bar in Richardson, Texas. Thrown directly into a high-pressure, detail-driven environment, I learned early that excellence behind the bar requires discipline, intention, and constant refinement. That experience ignited a lifelong pursuit of the craft.
From the start, I focused on thoughtful menu development—building cocktails through innovative infusions, fat-washing techniques, and clarified preparations such as milk punches. Each program was designed with purpose, intentionally paired alongside food menus to create balance, cohesion, and a complete guest experience.
Throughout my career, I’ve worked closely with chefs, continually deepening my culinary knowledge and reinforcing the belief that cooking and cocktails are inseparable disciplines. Flavor, technique, and storytelling move fluidly between the kitchen and the bar, and I approach both with the same respect and curiosity.
At Flight Luxe, I lead the curation and development of bespoke cocktail programs for each event. Every menu is intentionally crafted to reflect the setting, the cuisine, and the people it serves—drawing inspiration from cultural traditions, regional flavors, and shared experiences. Our goal is simple yet uncompromising: to elevate hospitality through intentional service, exceptional food, and thoughtfully crafted cocktails—executed with precision and delivered with soul.

My journey into cocktails began in Tyler, Texas at The Grove—a craft cocktail bar that showed me what intentional bartending could truly be. Before that, I’d worked smaller bar gigs, but nothing that demanded the level of precision, creativity, and discipline that The Grove required. It was there that I worked alongside a chef with undeniable culinary swagger, someone whose respect for his craft was impossible to ignore. Watching the care, pride, and creativity he poured into every plate reshaped how I approached cocktails.
That experience pushed me to dive deeper—studying cocktail history, spirits, technique, and the stories behind the drinks themselves. I became obsessed not just with what was in the glass, but why it worked and how it made people feel.
At Flight Luxe, I serve as the entertainment and experiential voice of the brand. I document my journey through mixology, hospitality, and personal growth, translating technique and process into engaging moments that guests can feel and audiences can follow. My focus is on movement, energy, and connection—bringing drinks to life through performance, presence, and storytelling.
Whether behind the bar or behind the camera, my goal is to create experiences that feel elevated yet approachable. By sharing real techniques, creative processes, and the lessons learned along the way, I help shape Flight Luxe into more than a service—it becomes an experience worth remembering.
